How it works
- Make the referral by first registering the individual. This is done by submitting your contact information and referral details using the Contact form on our Contact Page.
- Select ‘Submit a Referral’ in the dropdown list and in the message, provide the individuals details listed below
Individuals Details
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Phone Number (include country code)
- Address
- City and Country of residence
- How soon would they like to buy
After your referral
- We contact your referral notifying them of your referral and introduce them to Bella Nova Realty’s list of properties available for sale in Costa del Sol, Spain and Portugal.
- If your referral is interested in seeing properties, we schedule the viewings and notify you via email of pending viewings.
- After completion of in-person viewings we notify you via email. The notification will contain the property names viewed by your referral and the sales commission rate you would earn for the property should it be purchased.
- When a signed purchase contract for a property is completed we will notify you via email of the intent to purchase.
- After the sale of a property purchased by your referral, we will electronically pay out your earned commission minus any electronic transfer fees after 100% of our Real Estate Broker commission has been paid to us.
The small print to earn your commission
- You don’t have to be a Real Estate Agent
- You don’t have to a Resident of Spain
- You can sign up as many referrals as you want, however you can only refer an individual once
- The individual(s) you refer have to be the final purchaser of the property
- Referring multiple individuals within the same household count as one registration and one referral
- The registration of your referral is for 90 days after we register the individual to see a property as part of their scheduled viewings
- Your referral must sign a purchase contract within the 90 day period and sale of property transaction must complete within 60 days of a signed purchase contract
- Each property has a pre-established sales commission rate
