Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist will work directly with the Broker and will be responsible for lead generation for the Bella Nova Team. Activities will include researching accounts as well as outbound prospecting via phone and email. The Lead Generation Specialist must demonstrate enthusiasm
and be comfortable on the phone. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, organization ability and work ethic. A positive
attitude, creativity, and persistence applied to research and interacting with and qualifying prospective customers are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively prospect to homeowners that could gain value from the company’s home acquisition program and be persistent about it via email and phone
- Qualify accounts and generate interest in home selling and acquisition solutions
- To thrive in this role, you must know how to manage resistance and push back from prospects
- They need to work with the team to devise sales campaigns, identify target groups, and generate their own leads

As the Administrative/Marketing Assistant, you will provide support to Broker and agents at Bella Nova Realty, to ensure they can focus on what they do best. You represent the team, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact. The ideal candidate needs to be multi-faceted with two sets of skills: marketing and administration.
The Agent Team Assistant’s primary responsibilities include
Social Media
- Instagram: Create and maintain a prominent team online presence with constant creative feed and monitoring, taking into consideration the branding and image of the team/group.
- Facebook: Build Facebook business page and network.
- Create and monitor Instagram/Facebook campaigns: analyze ROI, and engage followers through Q&A.
- Immediately alert realtor of any inquiry received through social media or online platforms
Website
- Curate and updating content and Property listings on Bellanovarealty.com
- Monitor website, work with search engines and analyze online activity
Internet Marketing
- Create and execute email campaigns
- Maintain updated databases of realtors, spheres of influence, farms and possibly help with CRM (clients needs, timelines, categories, time of communication, etc.)
- Create content for and distribute monthly newsletter
Print Marketing
- Create and distribute mailing pieces, brochures, etc.
- Use all above platforms to properly market realtors’ listings, including Open Houses and Broker’s Open
- Maintain file of marketing samples
- Assist with preparation of listing presentations and their assembling
- Assist with listing marketing plan and budget
Administration
- Maintain database management systems and websites
- Maintain updated database of clients as well as suppliers, and all entities that realtor does business with, i.e. Attorneys, Association Managers, Inspection Companies, Contractors, etc.
Assist with Sellers:
- Preparing listing agreements
- Managing new listing: Order photos and video, upload photos to website as well as all feeder websites
- Participating in preparation of regular reports on listing performance
- Participating in preparation of Open Houses and their announcements
- Maintaining price changes and updates with refreshing social media, websites and email marketing.
- Following up leads and realtor showings
- Once a property is under contract, assisting with all due diligence: reports, specific documents, inspections, keeping track of transaction, closing
Assist with Buyers:
- Scheduling meetings and appointments for showings
- Preparing documents such as show-sheets and property information
- Following up leads, realtor showings and real estate transactions
- Assisting with preparation of offers
- Once a property is under contract, assisting with all due diligence: reports, specific documents, inspections, keeping track of transaction, closing
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Track expenses in general, particularly per listing
- Show properties and attend open houses if needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous real estate experience is a plus
- Must be creative and marketing savvy
- Solid social media experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to work for two different people
